To lose weight, how much calories and how much exercise?

I am 18, female, 5 9, 143 pounds and I want to lose 13 pounds. How many calories should I eat daily and how much exercise(aerobics and weights, etc)

Can u give me a work out that burns 1200-2000 calories please I already do 150 sit ups and pushups a day and take a walk or jog or ride a bike and or play basketball and lift 8 lb weights I don’t really go by minutes I usually count and also I usually jumprope 600-1200 times and take 10-25 minutes to do so. So about how many calories is tha already and how many more to burn 2000 calories per day more or less. Thanks a bunch

I have been doing a LOT of exercises every night for the past week or so, and I’m still a little bit pudgy.
I mean, it’s not like I’m fat…just pudgy, and I would REALLY appreciate it if I could lose it.
I don’t know what’s going on, but everytime I do sit-ups, all I hear is water in my stomach. :/
Can someone PLEASE tell me what this means?
I need help because losing that “extra” weight would really mean a lot to me.
Also, I have “lovehandles” and they are friggin’ driving me up a wall.
I got rid of them for a while and then it was like one day I ate a LITTLE bit too much, and they came back.
I was like “WTF?!”
Someone please help me? (:
Actually, now that I think about it, I have been doing exercises for months.
Maybe not EVERY DAY, but at least three times a week.
Also, I'm usually one of those people that eats a lot of junk food, but I never got fat from it.
But, I have been eating a LOT healthier nowadays.
For example, instead of candy, I get a nutrition bar or something healthy.
I've decided that chewing gum helps me not be hungry all the time, too.
I used to eat a lot of food, most of the time, unhealthy.
Thank God I never got fat though. (:
The whole reason why I'm trying to lose this weight is mainly because my mom's been bugging me about it…or she used to anyway.
Hahah.

For over a month now, I have been eating very healthfully. I used to eat fast food about 4 times a week, and now have cut it down to 1 time or less. I cook my own meals and follow the Weight Watchers plan. I also jog/walk about 3-4 miles almost everyday. I have not lost any weight, and have actually gained a pound. I am really staying on this non-diet well, and have made it a lifestyle change. Why am I not losing any weight?

I’m 19. I am 5′6” and currently 135 pounds.
I want to lose at least 10 to 15 pounds within the next month. any advice on good exercise tips to help? or what foods i should stay away from or what foods to stack up on?

i need to lose inches and weight in the next month. i am in the military and currently busting tape. i want to do this the right way so i can prevent this in the future….i am six percent over my body fat right now. i am 62 inches tall and weigh 164. i need to weigh like 138 or make tape. can anyone give me some good advice? and how long will it take for me to lose the weight or at least a couple of inches so i can pass tape…
