<p>You&#8217;re probably skeptical&#8230; and I would be too because of all the outrageous claims you get bombarded with each day that are just plain ludicrous.</p>

<p>Rub your hands together to create heat energy. Do this for 15 or maybe 20 seconds. Once you&#8217;re done, take 1 of your hands and rub small circles around your belly button&#8230; right over your belly fat.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Here are a couple of the top exercises to get rid of extra fat at home. I know you&#8217;re busy these days. Who has time to constantly go to the gym. You like to exercise, but you just don&#8217;t have the free time to make it happen.</p>
<p>So instead, make it happen in the comfort of your own home.</p>
<p><u><strong><br /></strong></u></p>
<p>1. Jumping on a mini-trampoline</p>
<p>First off, this is my favorite exercise. I like the &#8220;convenience factor&#8221; to it. All you do is jump on it during tv commercials. I know you watch tv, we all do. Don&#8217;t deny it. So instead of being a lazy sloth while watching tv, exercise during the 2 minute commercials.</p>
<p>This provides excellent and frequent metabolism boosts. Just what you need for long term weight loss.</p>
<p>There&#8217;s about 20+ minutes of commercials in 1 hour of tv programming. So take advantage of that down time. One other thing, you don&#8217;t have to limit these to commercials&#8230; that&#8217;s just a sneaky way I use them to save me a ton of free time since I usually didn&#8217;t do anything during commercials.</p>
<p>2. Vacuum Pose</p>
<p>This is the best exercise ever for reducing belly fat and flattening your stomach area. My clients average about 1.75 inches lost from their waists in less than a month&#8230; only doing this exercise for 5 minutes a day.</p>
<p>What you do is suck in your belly button. Suck it in good. Then hold that pose for 15-30 seconds. Rest and repeat for a total of 5 minutes. Don&#8217;t count your rest time as part of the 5 minutes.</p>
<p>One key to remember is to suck in your lower belly, around your belly button&#8230; not your upper abs region which is what most people do when sucking in their bellies.</p>
<p>Those are 2 of the top exercises you can do to get rid of extra fat in very little time at home.</p>

<p>1. Hula Hooping</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t discount this thing because it gets some amazing and quick results&#8230; especially around your waist and hips. It does an excellent job at toning them. All you do is whirl the hula hoop around for 10 minutes a day. Do it however you want, just make sure at the end of the day you did 10 minutes&#8230; at a minimum.</p>
<p>Do them during tv commercials. That&#8217;s an easy way to get them done without the hassle of scheduling a 10 minute hula hoop workout. Just go buy a weighted and big hula hoop for $10 or less and get hooping.</p>
<p>2. Walking on a treadmill that is inclined 10-15 degrees</p>
<p>Look, maybe you don&#8217;t like walking and think it&#8217;s a waste of time. I happen to agree with you then (generally speaking). But walking on an incline is a whole different exercise in my opinion. Totally different. You just need to do it once and wake up the next day to realize it.</p>
<p>You&#8217;ll be sore in places you never even knew muscles existed at. Ideally, walk 15-20 minutes a day like this. For some of you, you may have a hard time finding a treadmill to do this. The good news is that this works equally good on hills. But the bad news&#8230; where&#8217;s a hill when you need one!</p>

<p>This piece of equipment has been a godsend to me. It allows me to save over an hour of time each day I skip the gym and use it. It only costs $25, so it&#8217;s cheap. Go get one.</p>
<p>Obviously you jump on it, but here&#8217;s the little trick I use to save me all this time while allowing me to watch tv&#8230; I jump on it during 2 minute commercials while watching tv.</p>
<p>Saves me time, boosts my metabolism even more because the mini-workouts have more opportunities to &#8220;stun&#8221; the metabolism, and allows me to watch tv without guilt. Since there&#8217;s about 10 commercials each hour of about 2 minutes each, that&#8217;s 20 minutes to workout in 1 hour.</p>
<p>I usually do it over 2 hours since I like to watch tv and because it&#8217;s so easy to do without getting tired. I actually feel refreshed doing it this way. It&#8217;s a great exercise for your belly, butt, hips, and thighs.</p>
<p>2. Hindu Squats</p>
<p>The &#8220;5 minute miracle exercise&#8221;. Only takes 5 minutes, but WOW, what a 5 minutes it is. It&#8217;s a bodyweight squat. Just squat up and down as fast as you can until you do 100 repetitions. Best if you do all of them in under 5 minutes.</p>
<p>Keep practicing until you do get 100 in less than 5 minutes. Be sure to swipe your finger tips on the ground with each repetition.</p>

<p>I won&#8217;t force you to abandon your favorite foods. Instead I need you to do a couple things to get your diet working for you.</p>
<p>First, I want you to use apples as your primary snacks. Eat 3 of them a day. If you make this compromise with me, then you can continue eating your favorite foods at lunch and/or dinner. If you can&#8217;t even do this simple small thing, then you must think about whether you even deserve to lose weight!</p>
<p>Second, I want you to cook up a 1 pound bag of lentils as a soup. Then, each day for the next 7 days, eat a little of it. The amount of protein and fiber you get in this, especially for the price of about 77 cents for a pound, is nothing short of incredible.</p>
<p>Lastly, eat eggs as often as you can&#8230; hopefully daily at breakfast. Besides protein shakes, I consider eggs the best source of protein you can get. They&#8217;re perfect to eat for breakfast because the protein in them will jumpstart your metabolism.</p>
<p>2. The quick exercise way</p>
<p>If I told you all you that you could lose a lot of weight fast if all you did was give me 5 minutes of your time each day, would you believe me? Probably not&#8230; and that&#8217;s ok. But you can. Here&#8217;s how&#8230; do hindu squats.</p>
<p>You need to know that these 5 minutes probably won&#8217;t be easy for you. That&#8217;s because for hindu squats to work great, you need to do them as fast as you can. You don&#8217;t need weights or anything to do these, just you and your body squatting fast.</p>
<p>Got that&#8230; they&#8217;re bodyweight squats. A general parameter for you to shoot for is to get in at least 100 squats in the 5 minutes. You can take short rest times while doing these, but I advise against it. Push past your tiredness and do these non-stop.</p>
<p>To be sure that you don&#8217;t cheat this movement and your weight loss, I want you to touch your finger tips to the ground each time you squat down. This will keep you honest so that you squat down far enough. Make sure to keep your back straight and don&#8217;t hunch over.</p>

<p>1. Do standing long jumps in or around your house</p>
<p>This &#8220;gym class&#8221; exercise is perfect for firming and toning your thighs. It&#8217;s very simple and only requires 5 minutes of your time. What I want you to do is to jump as far as you can about 3 times a minute for a total of 5 minutes. So it&#8217;ll be 15 jumps total.</p>
<p>Sounds simple, huh? Well, it is. But you&#8217;ll feel it the next day. And when you do, you can be sure that&#8217;s because it&#8217;s working your thighs in a superior way. The key to this is that you truly put in the effort to jump as far as you can. Swing your arms when you jump forward. Do these at least 5 days a week.</p>

<p>Know this&#8230; your hormones are controlled by your Endocrine System. Your Endocrine System reacts very favorably to spinning in a circle with your arms out. This stimulation from the spinning seems to bring the hormones into a natural alignment within your body.</p>

<p>1. Wall squats with an exercise ball</p>
<p>An exercise ball is cheap. So don&#8217;t worry about that. Anyway, put it against a wall and press your back against it. Now do your squats rolling the ball against the wall. I would like you to do 4 sets of 10-20 squats 3 days a week. This will tighten up your upper legs without making them bulky&#8230; like what you get from doing squats with a barbell or other weights.</p>
<p>2. Do standing long jumps</p>
<p>You can do these in your house, in your garage, on the sidewalk, driveway&#8230; whatever. I can&#8217;t explain why this exercise is never done outside of gym classes, because it&#8217;s REALLY effective for toning and strengthening your thighs. All you need to do is 5 minutes of this. Do 3 jumps a minute. So a total of 15 jumps. Be sure to jump as far as you can though. Without giving your best effort, this exercise won&#8217;t be effective.</p>
<p>Be sure to get a good arm swing when doing this too. That helps to propel you farther and create more force to push off the ground with.</p>
<p>These are 2 exercises you can tighten thighs immediately with.</p>
