I am getting really frustrated. I am overweight and cannot seem to lose a pound. I weigh 153lbs. I have always been quite muscular for a female. I am 26 years old, 5’2" tall and have a 30" waist.
I do about 45 minutes – 1.5 hour of cardio about 5 days a week, example, cycle 10 – 15 miles of hilly roads, gym with treadmill, stairmaster, rower, x trainer, bike and sometimes I go swimming. I also do core exercises and some resistance exercises (nothing too heavy, want to lose weight not become muscley)
I eat for example in a day, bran flakes or wholemeal toast for breakfast, banana snack, grilled chicken and raw vegetable wrap for lunch, peach snack, baked white fish (no sauce) lots of veggies and plain boiled brown rice. About 10 glasses of water per day.
I have been doing this for about a month and my weight has not changed. I used to eat dominos pizza, chocolate, takeaways, fatty fried foods every other day and do little to no exercise.
Here is a picture of me:

any tips or advice? Why am I not losing the weight? My BMI is 28, it should be 25 at most which is 136lbs so I need to lose at least 17lbs!
