This is what I ate today. Is it good if I want to lose weight?

For breakfast I ate huevos a la Mexicana (Mexican style eggs, they have jalapenos, onion and tomato).
Some time later I ate an apple as a snack.
Then for lunch I ate a chicken salad without dressing.
Right now I just ate celery.

I have yet to eat dinner, I don’t know what to make, any ideas?

Did I eat good enough to lose weight?
