Teen losing weight question?

Ok, I’m 5’8 and I weigh 160 lbs (14,male). I want to get to 140 lbs. I’ve stop eating junk food, I’m drinking 2-3 liters a day, and I’m jump roping 10 minutes in the morning (before I eat) and 10 minutes in the afternoon. How long do you THINK it will take me to lose 20 lbs with this.
I forgot this too, I got my BMR and I should consume 2200 calories a day to maintain my weight. So I’m only going to eat 1700 calories and do exercise too like I said above.
