I run six days a week, usually four miles each of those days but usually there will be one 3 mile day and one six mile day, sometimes a five mile day. I’m eating really healthy (i’ve been vegan for three years—don’t tell me that’s bad because i know it’s not– and I am getting enough protein and calcium, that’s not the issue). I’ve been running 5-6 days a week for probably seven months. I’ve lost 25 pounds but no more is coming off. I’m 19, female, 5 feet 10 inches, and 158 pounds. What do I do? Run more? Eat less? I’ve tried everything and if I eat any less then I feel tired and running becomes more difficult because I’m weak. So what do I do? I hate having such a big belly bump!
I’m not losing weight and I don’t know why?!?
