Im 15 female and im going to start jogging every morning before school around 5am to get healthy but im far from needing to lose weight! Im 5’2" and i weigh almost 90 pounds. Will jogging every day for a half hour make me lose weight??
I want to start jogging early in the morning to be healthy but not lose weight. How?
