How could I lose weight?

I currently weigh 180. I want to keep myself from gaining weight and lose hopefully 10-15 pounds.
Since I am a college student, I find this will be easy considering I won’t be at home all day to eat food. I figure I’ll just eat a turkey sandwich or something with a glass of milk for breakfast. And later in the day, get like a hard taco from Taco Bell (it’s far less fattening than everything else they have, and I enjoy them).

I will start working cardio for about 2 hours, about 4-6 times a week. 1 Hour Jogging, 30 Minutes "other cardio," and 30 minutes of basketball.

Does this seem healthy, and like I could attain my goal?
