im a 16 y/o girl, trying to lose some weight. Healthily.
Today i had:
a banana
200 calories of instant regular grits(had to change up the oatmeal lol)
2 large peaches
3 small tomatoes (like 3 inches long, and oval, im not sure what type..)
3 whole eggs
1 large onion
a bit of oil to cook the omelette.
is that atleast 1200 calories? ive been dieting too strictly, and was developing anorexic symptoms. i need to be atleast 1200 calories, but under 1500…did i go over today?
