How to lose weight fast? PLEASE HELP!?

I’m 13 and female. I’m 5, ’5′ and I weigh 122. I need to lose 20 pounds by the end of this month. i walk my dog 2 times a day and today I walked him 3 times. I am taking my vitamins and drinking water but I see no difference, please help me. Im going insane. I am NOT going to take pills or anything and I don’t want to strave myself. I’m not sick. I just want to like my body, it’s not comfortable physically, to have that extra weight. Please give me REAL answers and not sympathy. I just NEED HELP!
I’m also doing this to feel healthier. I’m not some crazy teenage girl who ends up getting an eating disorder because she’s insane.
