23 year old male 5’10 started at 301lbs in January am now 262lbs… just found out if I keep losing weight fast I’m gonna have loose skin hangin off my body, guess what I DON’T WANT THAT.. My question is if I drag my weight or fat loss actually over the next few years and get down to 210lbs and I just keep weight training will I still get the loose skin?
