i bought a hula hoop today and its a weight hula hoop of 1.7kg. I hula hoop today for 20 minutes. Was going for 30 but the magnet inside the hula hoop was starting to hurt my waist right where my pelvis is. Starting tomorrow, I’ll be hula hooping for 30 minutes – 1 hour a day. I do 10 minutes once every couple hours. I have a couple more questions :
1. I heard hula hooping help tone your thighs. How much fat will be burned off in 1 week?
2. How much belly fat can i lose in 1 week?
3. The main areas i want to lose fat is in my belly and thighs. How else can i lose the thigh fat?
4. When you lose weight, do u loose the fat in your neck/chin? i look like i have a small double chin.
5. Sometimes using the hula hoop hurt my waist. Is there a way to make my hula hoop not hurt my waist right where my pelvis starts? with that place hurting, i cannot continue for no longer than 30 seconds or not even a full minute.
