I’m 18 years old, 6 foot tall, 180 pounds. I’m currently trying to burn the fat I have and gain a lot of muscle in its place, but I think I’m going about it wrong. I run about 4 miles daily and do weightlifting\resistance exercises as well. I’m currently intaking about 1800 calories a day, but I think this is way to little to gain muscle. Can anyone give me a recommendation for how many calories I should intake to burn fat AND gain muscle?
