My dad just died 2 weeks ago. I am very upset lately. I haven’t had much of an appetite. I’m not eating much, and dropping lots of weight. What I’m eating seems enough to keep pounds on though.
Today I ate:
A salad with chicken
cereal
2 small slices of read. [I can't type the second letter on the alpha.]
Yesterday:
a pulled pork sandwich
a carrot
cereal
handful of trail mix
Sunday
french toast
grapes
Cheez-its.
I should e ating well over 1,500 calories a day. Why am I rapidly losing weight?
