I’m very uncomfortable with how much belly fat I have. I have a genetic weight control problem in my family, and I literally haven’t had a day without worrying about how I look since third grade; even since I was young I have been self conscious.
I would like to lose at least 2 inches, and if I could do it in about a month that would be ideal.
The only problem is that I have scoliosis, and running usually hurts my back or hips. I don’t own any gym equipment, and am not able to go to a gym.
I don’t overeat, but I do like to snack, although I limit myself.
Please help me, I’m sort of desperate at this point. I want to be happy.
Thank you.

If you can’t exercise then the only way you can is through diet. Whatever you do don’t starve yourself. Just change what you eat and make healthier choices that have fewer calories than what you normally eat. Keep in mind though that the process won’t be fast because you’re only dieting, with exercise it would be a lot faster because then you’d be burning calories, thus decreasing your daily caloric intake. Furthermore, you can’t target the fat on your belly, your body loses weight all together.

1 pound of fat is 3500 calories. If you were to decrease your caloric intake by 500 calories a day you would lose 1 pound a week. If you have anymore questions, please feel free to ask :) .

you just need to get some cardio going. Weightlossdiscs are excellent as they have no joint
impact but great cardio benefit. You will notice your belly shrink!! Good luck!!
