		<description>Oh yea, definitely!  I&#039;m a weightlifting kind of guy, but my ex-girlfriend had me do pilates with her and Omg, that was hard as hell, I was sore too, sounds like you have a good plan, and the calories are right where they should be, not too low, not too high.</description>
