have whole grain foods and have a good amount of protien in your diet.

if you starve yourself for a week you could get serious health problems&amp; this makes your motabilism slower because it doesnt know the next time it will eat. so if you eat after the one week you will gain weight, even if its healthy food

DONT STARVE YOURSELF! trust me its the wrong idea
