if you starve yourself for a week you could get serious health problems& this makes your motabilism slower because it doesnt know the next time it will eat. so if you eat after the one week you will gain weight, even if its healthy food

Well from my point of view, no. I’ve been trying to just not eat ANYTHING and turns out you gain weight. I forget how, but it’s true. My friends say that doing that will make your stomach eat itself away..making it so when you’re gonng eat again, you’re gonna end up eating less. Letting your stomach eat itself away isn’t good either, because you need to be full on a proper meal to get all of your daily nutritions.

Don’t starve yourself completely, but keep your calories to about 1,200. That way you will loose fat over time and it won’t come back. Also if you starve yourself completely for a week you will probably get a more bloated appearance since you will begin to store more water.

noo! actually you will gain! bc your stomach starts to eat itself and it puts everything in the open haha. sooo dont do that. now this plan will be hard but trry it!
-only eat fruit in the morning (apples, honey doo, cantalope, smoothies) (and not the fake smoothies with juice and sugar)
-eat a salad for lunch ( low on dressing, and make sure the salad is dark green, thats the healthier kind)

- and last eat a healthy dinner, like chicken.
DONTS:
- DONT eat white bread

Yes. It’s hard though but if you make it you’ll definately lose some fat. If you can’t starve the whole week then it’s not for you. You could try cutting out sugar and carbs. Natural sugar and carbs are ok but any artifical ones should be cut out. This will greatly reduce your belly fat and it’s much easier then starving.

Using muscle is the way to burn fat, you don’t have to exercise your tummy muscles to loose tummy fat, just use your big muscles like your legs, jogging or riding a bicycle will help.
No, pretty much all you can lose in a week is water. You can drop a very small amount of fat but when you see claims of people losing many pounds in a week it is pretty much invariably just that they have dehydrated and emptied the contents of their digestive tract.

if you just eat loads of celery for a week you will loose quite alot of tummy fat because celery has no calories and you will burn fat digesting the celery, so you will put on NO weight, by eating celery for a week you will loose more weight than eating nothing for a week

I would definitely not suggest starving just because of all the reasons other people have said. A diet I came across is called the abc diet. It is extremely hard but if you are really serious about losing weight it’s really good.
You can look it up on google to find the plan. Basically, you go up and down with small amounts of calories per day and occasionally days without eating. I personally have trouble with this so I would try to aim for about 500 calories of protein and natural foods a day and drink TONS of water.
Also, celery is the key to weight loss. It’s a great snack and you even burn more calories than you take in by eating it. Plus its a great source of water. Hope this helps!
