I am in my healthy weight and BMI range, but I do want to lose the belly fat and tone my body.
How do I do this? I don’t want to count calories. It’s like if I know it’s forbidden, I want it.
I also breastfeed a 10 month old, & I know that burns about 600 calories daily.
I already know you can’t lose weight only in specific places, but can you tone only specific places?
