How much weight can I lose from March 4, 2010- May 15th, 2010?

I am around 140, give or take some. (I’ve lost weight since on my medicine.) Haven’t weighed myself in a month. Before starting it I weighed 145. I’m about 5 foot 3 and 15 years. I’m cutting out soda, junk food, and exercise every day. I’m sure this has been asked before. I really am just not satisfied with my body. And I’m going to take the "healthy" way to lose it. By drinking water and what not. So I’m sure this is a good idea. And I just need to know on average how much could I lose?
