How much cardio do i need to lose weight?

I’m 17 and 5’10". I weigh between 170-175, and i want to lose 15 pounds by the end of may. At school sometime i shoot the basketball for about 50 minutes (not all at once, in separate periods.) And i go to 24 hour fitness. So how much cardio do i need if i eat between 500-1000 calories a day?
Plus what should i be eating to?
