How do i lose weight quickly?

I’m 16, 6’2”, and 220lbs. I’m really self-conscious about my weight. I really want to lose some weight. It’s really hard to diet because of school and exercise is hard because It’s still Winter, but I plan to start jogging once it gets warmer. What else can I do to lose weight. Any tips/tricks? Any morning or night workouts I should do? Thanks :]
