The main idea behind H.I.I.T. is to randomly throw in the intervals.  It&#039;s hard for me to give you a caloric goal since I have no idea what a typical amount is for you.  Just write down what you eat and keep track of the calories (a pain, I know).  But this way, if you don&#039;t see any progress you&#039;ll know you need to cut back a little more.</description>
