Right im basically trying to lose the fat on my chest and abs, I have built up muscle underneath and just need the fat to go. I am 16 and 5ft 10 and weigh 11 stone 5lb how should I go about losing the fat. How many calories should I eat a day? e.g 1500. Also how much cardio should I do eachday (I like running)
