Right im basically trying to lose the fat on my chest and abs, I have built up muscle underneath and just need the fat to go. I am 16 and 5ft 10 and weigh 11 stone 5lb how should I go about losing the fat. How many calories should I eat a day? e.g 1500. Also how much cardio should I do eachday (I like running)


1500 calories is the correct answer. Do cardio 3-5 times a week. Expect to lose no more than 2 pounds a week, but don’t worry about it; slow weight loss means that you’re getting rid of the fat for good.
H.I.I.T (high intensity interval training) is proven to be the most effective way to burn fat. Since you like to run, don’t just trudge along at the same pace. You need to throw in some sprint intervals (the sprints are your high intensity intervals). Try a solid 30 second sprint here and there. The main idea behind H.I.I.T. is to randomly throw in the intervals. It’s hard for me to give you a caloric goal since I have no idea what a typical amount is for you. Just write down what you eat and keep track of the calories (a pain, I know). But this way, if you don’t see any progress you’ll know you need to cut back a little more.
