Is there a good routine out there that I can do that will burn alot of fat but something that isnt too hard for me to do. much appreciated. thanks.
Walking I heard is good but Im kinda skeptical on it though. Just dont feel like it burns alot of calories doing that.
Good fat loss routine I can use that is sustainable for a out of shape person but will burn fat fast.?
