I would like to become a runner and burn fat and get cut by summer.
My 12 week plan, Monday thru Saturday:
Week 1, 2
Run 2 miles, walk, run 1 mile.
Week 3, 4
Run 2.5 miles, walk, run 1 mile.
Week 5, 6
Run 3 miles, walk.
Week 7, 8, 9, 10
Run 3 miles, walk, run 1 mile.
Week 11, 12
Run 4 miles, walk.
Combined with a mostly clean diet, is this a good FAT LOSS regime?
Please, no ads or "this is bad for your joints" comments. I am 5’4", 126 pounds. I am in moderately good shape, can run 2 miles without stopping but have a layer of fat over my abs.
