I’m seeing improvement in my bodyfat percentage. So I’m realizing it’s about eating a lot one day and not eating as much the next day. Now, with Strength training how should I go about it? On the days I eat more should I lift weights or on the days that I eat less lift the weights to continue lowering my bodyfat? Thanks people, Bodybuilders it will help me out a lot too as well.
