Fat loss Dumbells and treadmill?

Im 14 and have some belly fat. Not very much but i want it gone. Im still classified as healthy on a BMI. But anyway right now i do 30 minutes of dumbells before doing 20-30 minutes of cardio everytday. When i do cardio i run for 300M sprint for 100M then walk for 100 and repeat in sets.
Can i do this to lose belly fat?? anyways i can improve or speed up?
