I have little belly fat that i want to lose. So what i plan to do is

Monday Tennis/ Dumbells
Tuesday treadmil/Dumbells
wednesday Treadmil drumbells
Thursday treadmil drumbells
Friday Badminton
Saturday Treadmil/Dumbells
Sunday relax break

how effective will this be for weight loss…along wiht cutting out junk food.. and eating protein??
