Hi everyone, I currently weight 230 lbs.
I am trying to get down to 150 lbs.
I have never had to diet before, so I don’t really know what to do.
What should my first step be?
My wedding is is September, so I need to lose as much as I can, and fast.
Due to a BAD knee injury, I am unable to run, but I can walk and power walk.
What’s the first step in losing weight && what are some healthy foods to help lose weight?
Any suggestions on a week by week work-out plan??
