will i lose weight in four months?

ok so i want to lose weight and tone up, nothing too drastic though.
before i start to tone should i do lots of cardio to lose fat first?
will that make my toning exercises more effective?
i do about 30-45 mins on the treadmill 5 days a week, 15 mins running, 15 mins walking then another 15 running, i then do about 100 on the abdo trimmer.
is this enough to make an effective difference quickly?
i also eat very healthy and dont drink fizzy drinks or eat junk food.
