Top Exercises to Get Rid of Extra Fat

So instead, make it happen in the comfort of your own home.
1. Jumping on a mini-trampoline
First off, this is my favorite exercise. I like the “convenience factor” to it. All you do is jump on it during tv commercials. I know you watch tv, we all do. Don’t deny it. So instead of being a lazy sloth while watching tv, exercise during the 2 minute commercials.
This provides excellent and frequent metabolism boosts. Just what you need for long term weight loss.
There’s about 20+ minutes of commercials in 1 hour of tv programming. So take advantage of that down time. One other thing, you don’t have to limit these to commercials… that’s just a sneaky way I use them to save me a ton of free time since I usually didn’t do anything during commercials.
2. Vacuum Pose
This is the best exercise ever for reducing belly fat and flattening your stomach area. My clients average about 1.75 inches lost from their waists in less than a month… only doing this exercise for 5 minutes a day.
What you do is suck in your belly button. Suck it in good. Then hold that pose for 15-30 seconds. Rest and repeat for a total of 5 minutes. Don’t count your rest time as part of the 5 minutes.
One key to remember is to suck in your lower belly, around your belly button… not your upper abs region which is what most people do when sucking in their bellies.
Those are 2 of the top exercises you can do to get rid of extra fat in very little time at home.
