    But, if you want to loose the weight for yourself try going 3 times a week and start eating healthier and taking walks..

    that’s really cute but don’t do it for someone else, do it for yourself as someone else mentioned. You will feel absolutely fantastic about yourself = ) You need to look at your diet too and what types of food you are consuming. If the majority of your diet is fat aka processed foods then you need to focus on choosing healthier choices.

    You are lucky though because guys can drop weight quicker, usually!!
