I really need to lose weight and I am asking for someone to reach out and help me…please!!?

I am 15 years old. I am about 5’6" and I weight a whopping 194 lbs.
I feel fat and obviously (^^^^look above ^^^^) I am.
My aunt just bought me a scale to weigh myself on…that got me motivated to lose weight. I NEED to be in the healthy weight of 145. I really want to reach this weight by January 13th 2009! That is my goal for this date and I will not change my date or set goal.
I am soo dumb when It comes to math so maybe someone can figure this out for me.
Today is August 16th 2009. My set goal day is January 13th 2009.
I have 150 days to complete my goal…I think 29.5 weeks.
How many pounds will I need to lose every;
Day?
Week?
thank you…also any tips on how to lose weight without pills would hep A LOT also! :) THANKS!!
