I really need to lose weight and I am asking for someone to reach out and help me…please!!?

I am 15 years old. I am about 5′6" and I weight a whopping 194 lbs.
I feel fat and obviously (^^^^look above ^^^^) I am.
My aunt just bought me a scale to weigh myself on…that got me motivated to lose weight. I NEED to be in the healthy weight of 145. I really want to reach this weight by January 13th 2009! That is my goal for this date and I will not change my date or set goal.
I am soo dumb when It comes to math so maybe someone can figure this out for me.
Today is August 16th 2009. My set goal day is January 13th 2009.
I have 150 days to complete my goal…I think 29.5 weeks.
How many pounds will I need to lose every;
Day?
Week?

    drink 8 glasses of water a day! that is the best start! your body will let go of all the unneeded fluids thaty it stores to keep hydrated if you keep it hydrated all day long. lay low on the salt! salt builds fat! eat normal proportion meals. low on the sugar. no sodas for a month and i promise you will see results. pinky promise :)

    I understand what you are going through having been there myself. I was cured, believe it or not, by a neighbor who believed in "spanking" the weight off my butt area as it breaks up the fatty type cells. It took a few months, and quite a few trips over her knee, but I lost sixty pounds. It does work.

    Okay so i dont know about how much weight you would need to loose per week or whatever, but i do know some tips on how to loose weight.

    first of, weight watchers, if you sighn up, and go the meetings and actully fallow what you are suppose to do with it, it really works, a friend of mine did it, and she lost over 15 pounds in only a few weeks.

    Also, i know that if you jump rope for 10 minutes, for one month straight, you can loose 10 pounds. so thats about 25 pounds you can loose right there, and if you do that every day until your date you will most likley be good.

    Also…swimming. swimming is the best excorsize possible. it burns more calories than any other excorzize. i
    also try and go to the gym and work out as often as you can.
