Easily Lose Weight Exercises

Here’s how to easily lose weight from your belly, butt, hips, and thighs. If you’re already working out, then you can get better results with less effort and less time.

Good news if you’re a busy woman who has tons of stress and responsibilities and limited time to relax and enjoy life.


1. Jumping on a mini-trampoline

This piece of equipment has been a godsend to me. It allows me to save over an hour of time each day I skip the gym and use it. It only costs $25, so it’s cheap. Go get one.

Obviously you jump on it, but here’s the little trick I use to save me all this time while allowing me to watch tv… I jump on it during 2 minute commercials while watching tv.

Saves me time, boosts my metabolism even more because the mini-workouts have more opportunities to “stun” the metabolism, and allows me to watch tv without guilt. Since there’s about 10 commercials each hour of about 2 minutes each, that’s 20 minutes to workout in 1 hour.

I usually do it over 2 hours since I like to watch tv and because it’s so easy to do without getting tired. I actually feel refreshed doing it this way. It’s a great exercise for your belly, butt, hips, and thighs.

2. Hindu Squats

The “5 minute miracle exercise”. Only takes 5 minutes, but WOW, what a 5 minutes it is. It’s a bodyweight squat. Just squat up and down as fast as you can until you do 100 repetitions. Best if you do all of them in under 5 minutes.

Keep practicing until you do get 100 in less than 5 minutes. Be sure to swipe your finger tips on the ground with each repetition.

That’s how you can lose weight easily while saving yourself a lot of time.
