do i have a healthy weight? if not, how can i lose it before school?

school starts august 31, and im a little dissatisfied with my weight.
first of all, am i a overweight??
im 14, and 5′ 6 7/8". i weight 131 pounds. the one thing that *might* change your opinion is that i kinda have big boobs…im a D…so idk if that affects anything or not.
so after that, if i’m a little overweight, what weight should i be? and how do i lose that before school starts?? THANKS!
