		<description>having seen your pics i would say you dont need to lose weight at all as you look beautiful and healthy although if you still want to tone up then i would recommend swiming 2 or 3 times a week for about an hour or so. aalso make sure you eat healthy.</description>

Basically your metabolism is a process in our bloodstream. So the faster your pulse the faster your metabolism is. When we excercise our metabolisms are flying and they are usually on super charge a half an hour after excercise to.

Besides... One thing I would realy love to point out is that your are already skinny. So why are you worried?</description>

		<description>It&#039;s hard to tell with the type of shirt you&#039;re wearing, but you look perfectly fine to me, actually better than fine.

But if you&#039;re really set on this, then i&#039;d advise maybe incorperating a jog or swim into your daily routine, and stick to it.
