i can’t get get rid of those few last pounds I’ve tried every thing ,diets ,sport but not starving i hate this way but any advice on how to do it?and how to lose them (7 pounds)

    having seen your pics i would say you dont need to lose weight at all as you look beautiful and healthy although if you still want to tone up then i would recommend swiming 2 or 3 times a week for about an hour or so. aalso make sure you eat healthy.

    lol I agree with Alex G. He is being sarcastic but hes basically telling you to run a whole lot and your metabolism will boost.

    Basically your metabolism is a process in our bloodstream. So the faster your pulse the faster your metabolism is. When we excercise our metabolisms are flying and they are usually on super charge a half an hour after excercise to.

    Besides… One thing I would realy love to point out is that your are already skinny. So why are you worried?

    It’s hard to tell with the type of shirt you’re wearing, but you look perfectly fine to me, actually better than fine.

    But if you’re really set on this, then i’d advise maybe incorperating a jog or swim into your daily routine, and stick to it.

    Do some running, it’s great for trimming down.
    However really, you look thin, you don’t look as though you need to lose weight…
    That said, it’s your choice… Running is my advice

    Do not starve your self(it never works, although that’s the first thought that crosses anyone’s mind when thinking to lose weight)Eating more frequently, and in small servings, can prevent over-eating. This will also increase your metabolism and make calories burn faster.There is such a thing as healthy fats. Olive, peanuts and canola oil have them. Tuna, salmon and mackerel have omega-3 fats which is good for the heart.

    Here’s some other quick tips for you:

    * Stuff vegetables like capsicum and zucchini with flavored fillings or minced chicken, white meat or fish. These are healthy and contain low fat.

    * Good cooking and healthy eating begins with learning about nutrition and how to prepare healthy recipes.

    * Slowly eat and chew each bite during meals as this would decrease one’s appetite.

    * One of the best sources of vegetable protein is from soya beans or tofu. All legumes provide some protein, so include lentils, lima beans etc into casseroles and soups.

    * Eat before you go food shopping and always prepare a shopping list. Only buy food which relates to your weekly menu plan and don’t be tempted to buy goodies.

    If you have started losing weight, just remember it’s a question of will. Keep doing what your’re doing, stay away from junk food and sodas, and you will feel more healthier and alive than never before.
