After 5 weeks of dieting and exercising everyday, I lost 10 pounds!
Like always in my life, once something good happens, there will always be something bad that will happen.
Two weeks have passed by since then, and I haven’t lost a single pound! I have been doing better for the past 2 weeks than the other weeks before that. I have been eating more protein, such as eggs and chicken (not fried like KFC) I’ve been exercising for an exhausting 25 minutes. Some days, I have even ridding bike around on top of the exercising, and I came home, feeling like I was going to pass out cause I was so tired!
Will I eventually continue losing weight, or has it just stopped!?

I started the Medi Fast weight loss system. I love it — it’s great. It is also very effective. My first week on it, I lost 5 pounds in the first week; almost a pound a day. Now, I’m onto my second week and have stopped losing! I know plateaus happen, but this is only my second week in. I have started working out again. ( they advise you to not work out for the first 2 weeks to allow your body to adjust to the lower caloric intake ). I am an exercise junkie — always have been. I started back up with 30 minutes of cardio (about 10 minutes on an intense incline) split between running and walking. I then do anywhere from 10-15 minutes of floor work including strength training. I drink my water and this product is loaded with protein.
I’m really starting to feel horrible about the decline.
Any suggestion?
I started working out once I became concerned with the whole no weight loss factor. It was about the 2 week mark when I started up with exercise again. Tomorrow is my official third week. Also, MediFast makes you eat 6 small "meals" (more like 100-150 calorie snacks) and one meal of greens and lean meat.
