So i started my diet/exercise on december 1st, 2008. today is June 26th, 2009 nearly 7 months later and i have went from 305 lbs. to 247 lbs. almost 60 pounds in 7 months. however. this past month i have been struggling to lose weight. i have only lost about 3 pounds this month. and i havent really been cheating on my diet. i still try to eat less than 1600 calories a day. but i cant exercise as much as id like to. sometimes i can only do 30 minutes of exercise every couple of days because of college.
If anyone has any information or tips that might help get me back down the right path (dieting/exercises/ect.) that they could share, i would greatly appriciate it.
also, im 18 years old if that matters.
