Not Seeing Results With Losing Weight?

I used to weigh like 15-16 stone, but now i weigh 13 and a half, but i look the same!!! it is really annoying me, the only part i’ve seen difference is my biceps (only a little bit) and my bottom part of my legs seem a bit slimmer, how much longer will it take to see difference!? i’ve been doing this for about 2-3 months?
ermm, no i haven’t but i’m thinking of doing it now, between now and the next month…see if theres any difference :S

    Others notice it before you do. Did you take before pictures from when you started? That would help a lot

    start taking pictures of yourself to REALLY notice.

    since you lose weight all over you won’t lose like 5 inches from your stomach or thighs right away. you’ll lose half an inch here and there so it makes it harder to notice just by looking at yourself in the mirror.

    take measurements as well and record them. take your measurements every 3 weeks.

    take a picture of your front and side using a full mirror and keep them somewhere safe so you can compare the new ones to the old

    It’s frustrating I know, but it really does take time. If our working out then that would help a lot faster and make your body more toned and firm. You should weigh yourself once a week, also if your doing any weights and even other stuff like squats it will build up muscle so you won’t seem to be loosing weight as fast, but you’ll be shaping up. Running makes you shed the pounds quicker and makes you feel great. Just start out slow! Good luck! Eat lots of veggies and drink lots of water!
