Ok, so here’s the scoop guys,
Is it possible to still lose weight by only changing your diet and how much you eat (intake calories) without exercising?
Lets say I’m going to start eating a bowl of whole grain cereal everyday for breakfast, then lunch I’ll have a simple sandwich or salad (not loaded with condiments), a couple snacks like fruit wise, and then dinner. But the only main physical work I’ll do is walk around, stand and clean stuff at my job. sometimes comparing to 3 – 8 hours.
I’m not expecting to drastically lose weight or anything, but slowly and at a constant pace. So will this work you think? I’ve been doing it for two weeks already and can already feel muscle growing somewhat because of my job, but will it help me loose some of my extra unwanted weight? And how long do you think it will take for me to get my goal of 130 if I’m starting at 143? Oh and one more thing, if you know. How many calories does a normal woman (age 20) burn a day. I think someone told me around 1450 which includes light activity, but I’m not sure.
