I dont wont to waste time if the stepper machine dont work. Im trying to lose weight for medical condition. im 23 5′10 250. So yeah Im way over weight and need to lose at lease 75 pounds.

    drink lots of water, and eat regularly. don’t starve yourself, because once you start eating again, you’ll gain everything back, trust me.

    eat lots of fruits and veggies, and if you eat bread, make sure it’s whole grain. white bread is pretty fattening. you can also eat lean meats, like fish, turkey and chicken breast.

    skip out on sweets, candy, sugary foods, chips, ice cream, cake, and cookies.

    if you feel hungry, but don’t want to over eat, chew gum. it’ll keep your mouth busy and it tricks yourself into thinking your eating.

    cut out ALL soda! if you stop drinking soda, it helps you out a lot!
    and don’t forget to exercise!

    try walking, jogging, jump rope, dancing, bike riding and swimming. try exercising for 45-80 minutes a day.

    Do not starve your self(it never works, although that’s the first thought that crosses anyone’s mind when thinking to lose weight)Eating more frequently, and in small servings, can prevent over-eating. This will give you a higher chance of losing weight and improving your health, which would result to a new, healthier you.

    * Do not skip meals. Skipping meals slicks the body into slowing down the metabolism, attempting to conserve calories during a period where limited fats and fuel are available. Remember that eating increases the metabolism.

    * Good cooking and healthy eating begins with learning about nutrition and how to prepare healthy recipes.

    * Slowly eat and chew each bite during meals as this would decrease one’s appetite.

    * One of the best sources of vegetable protein is from soya beans or tofu. All legumes provide some protein, so include lentils, lima beans etc into casseroles and soups.

    * Chilli helps to speed up metabolism – even the milder varieties.
