im like 200 lbs and need advice for losing weight?

im 13 and 5′7 im 200lbs but alot is muscle i play sports im on a soccer team volleyball team and softball team. I recently broke my foot and im worried about losing muscle and gaining weight does any one have any advice for me?

    whoa, 200 at 13? Ok you can still do sit ups, knee push ups, dips on a bench, walking with chruchs and stuff that is easy for you to do. even the smallest things will help in the end.

    Eat less. Eat foods that are not wildly caloric like Pizza, fast food, etc.
    Exercise more. If nothing else, walk for 30 minutes per day. Stay positive. Don’t eat because you’re bored, or when watching TV. Don’t eat after 6:00 PM

    trust me it isnt muscle, dont u think every1 says that? it duznt mtter if u ran track 5 hours everyday, duznt mean its muscle, and when you flex sum muscle pushed up lbs of fat, making it seem like muscle, trust me its layers of fat
