A) I’ve done this in the past – lost about 100 lbs in about a year, just cutting calories alone – without exercise

B. Diets suck, and don’t work in the long term.
i wouldn’t be able to do either of them because i have to exercise everyday or i will feel sick. And i have to stay on a diet because if i eat too much my body would freak out. So sometimes u can’t really do one or the other.
