Sorry, lazy people can’t be fit, that is reserved for the special dedicated few.
If it were easy, everyone would be walking around with great bodies.
So, get motivated, or be comfortable with your fat, squishy body.
Well hon, you must really not be serious about it. Everyone has some small streak of laziness, but you have to just fight it and put it behind yourself. So if you want the fab abs and hot legs, you’re going to have to put some effort in there to get them.
You don’t have to wake up at 6am I run and jog and lift weights morning afternoon and night. Yeah I myself am going all out for college my semester starts in fall =D
You don`t need to wake up at 6a.m. Just eat ice-cream and drink rotten milk.I know you think I`m crazy but I`m really not ……………..sometimes but the point is calcuim can also make you lose weight.
