I never seem to really lose or gain any weight, are there any reasons why?
July 2nd, 2009 by | Filed under General Talking.Lately I’ve been controlling my eating and excercizing, but I don’t lose anything. I haven’t gained either.
I’m a sophomore in college and I’m roughly the same weight I was in the seventh grade. I still have a pair of shorts from seventh grade that fit.
I’m about 155 pounds and I would like to lose some weight!

the reason why you are not loosing weight is because you are not burning enough calories. In order to loose weight, you have to create a calorie deficit, once you do that, your body will begin to burn fat. this does not mean starve yourself.
you need to have a diet plan and an exersice plan that will work for you. ever person is different.
The best workouts are those that work out many muscles at once, such a dead lifts, lunges or waking lunges, and Olympic lifts.
