I have been exercising at least 40 minutes a day 4-5 times a week. When I say exercise, I mean cardio, walking, lifting weights, crunches, etc. I do not belong to a gym so I do what I can around the house. I have been eating 3 meals a day with two snacks in between, all pretty healthy. I do not overeat and when I do eat, I try to make it healthy. I have been aiming at 1500 calories a day. I have been doing this for about 3 or so weeks steady and still nothing. Is there something more that I could do? I really want to get into shape. I am about 5’4" and 156 pounds. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you!
