So if you really want to lose weight NO STARVING

you lose more weight by eating lots of vegetables and fruits than no food. Also look up some good workouts. It doesn&#039;t have to be constant pain and exercise.. you can find good workouts for 15 minutes a day. Good luck :D</description>
