I’m thirteen-years-old and i really want to lose around ten pounds. I am about 5 ft. 3 in. and i weight 137 in pounds. I think that it’s stupid to take pills (plus i’m only thirteen) so that’s not a choice. My mom would just put me down if i told her that wanted to lose weight so she probably wouldn’t buy Special K (she says they’re too expensive.)
So is there any way i can lose ten pounds in around two weeks?
I don’t want pills.
I want something i can do by myself. Not go out and buy some stuff that my mom would just laugh at.
